Hi I'm Rachel, the founder of align&co., and this brand is deeply personal.

For years, I taught barre and lived for movement, health, and all things wellness. But everything changed when I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of thyroid cancer. It turned my world upside down - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Through recovery, I became more intentional in every area of my life - choosing non-toxic products, prioritizing rest, and shifting to low-impact, strength-focused workouts.

That’s when I fell in love with Pilates reformer training. It helped me rebuild not just my body, but my confidence - one controlled breath, one mindful rep at a time. Pilates became a symbol of quiet strength and a reminder that we’re capable of so much more than we think.

align&co. was born from that transformation. These organic cotton grip socks are more than just functional, they represent resilience, rebirth, and empowerment. One of our signature designs features a butterfly - a nod to the journey of change and the strength we discover through it.
